The user community has suggested the following solutions:
- Switch Battle.net to the beta version. (However, many users have reported that this doesn’t work.)
- Reinstall Battle.net. (Again, many users have reported that this doesn’t work.)
- Change the region to something other than “Asia” (e.g., North America). This seems to be the most effective workaround.
